Both Royal Institute of Engineering Technology (RIET) and Royal Academy of HRD & Research (RA - HRD &R) are the divisions/units of Royal Technical Services Private Limited. The main object of the company is to impart professional training and higher education programs in the field of Engineering, Management and other allied subjects at par with international standard. There is also provision to do PhD in Engineering, Management and other allied subjects. Thus these institutes have been formed and become part of the company. We are also affiliates, associates of many National and International professional institutions, Open Universities and other Indian and Foreign Universities for higher education through regular and Open Distance Education. There is also proper support and guidance available for CPD - Continuing Professional Development, CTS -Credit transfer system, MCR - Mature Candidate Route to become a Professional Member such as Associate Member, Member, Fellow and Professional Engineer Registration as Incorporated Engineer IEng / Chartered Engineer CEng
RIET has been participating in the human resources development activities of the industries through several programs by integrating the working environment of the employees with the learning environment required by the Institute. One of the great benefits of being in this work integrated study program is that we are able to help working adults from all fields of endeavor and all ages to meet their professional goals.
Our work integrated study program is a unique scheme for experienced and employed candidate to further their Higher Education & obtains professional qualification in their area of Technical / Management specialization. There are thousands of people working in private and government sectors as well as running their own business with good professional competency. However, their experience & competency have not been recognized for considering them to undertake senior responsibility as they lack professional qualification. The WORK INTEGRATED STUDY and Open & Distance Education is the only solution for such candidate to upgrade their qualification to Bachelor, Master & Doctoral level.
The work integrated study program is nothing but an integrating of the working environment of the employees with the learning environment required by the Institute under a suitable mentor. It is a study program specially designed for employed persons who have basic qualification to further their professional study. In this scheme any Indian National can take admission and complete the study from any part of the world without leaving their job. |
